Well hello there and welcome to The 709 Project! I'm guessing that it is best to start off with a bit of an introduction of myself and of what this is all about.

This summer I am back in Newfoundland, trying to study and learn from all of the everyday resources of my homeland. This could be taking a second glance at that really old building that I just passed and researching just how old it actually is, interviewing people who have stories to tell, and visiting all the historic and cultural sites that I can find. While I'm learning, I will be posting pictures of my day-to-day findings on Instagram, videos of my adventures (and perhaps some of my misadventures) on Youtube, and posting quick statuses about what I'm doing and sending out updates on my Facebook page. I'll also be blogging right here on Blogspot. If you're interested in what I'm doing and want to follow along, feel free to subscribe, like, or follow any of my social media! (I've posted the links below.)
If you have any questions for me, have any burning questions about Newfoundland that you'd like me to look into, or have any ideas of places I could go to, things I could see, or adventures I could go on, feel free to leave a message for me on my Facebook page and I'd be more than glad to see what I can do!
